  Terrible customer service.!!!! Tried to make a purchase, changed my mind about 2 items. The cashier said "Well I voided all the items and if you want to make a purchase, you have to stand back in line." Behind at least 6 people, on Dec. 23rd. I asked her to call a manager she said "No" and told other cashier "Don't ring her up she needs to get back in line and don't call a manager." I didn't walk away during the purchase i only asked her to take 2 out of 7 items off! Cashier named Ariel. I guess corporate don't read the reviews of how terrible customer service is at their store!!! Oakland mall customer service is much better.
