  From the first time I stepped into Hard Rock and met Susan it was all uphill from there! I had been to 3 other granite stores and just wasn't feeling satisfied with the customer service. Not only is the showroom beautiful, it's organized! Susan was top notch in explaining everything! The man who measured (dave) was very efficient and showed us the layout on a laser drawing on a small computer. He was super helpful. Today we had installation, they called to say they were on their way. Jeremy and Joe were awesome. They took their time, were efficient and explained everything with a sense of humor that was a plus! I will highly recommend Hard Rock to all my friends.

  Been remodeling for a year. This is the first company we've dealt with that was hassle-free and efficient. Upfront pricing while shopping and great selection. Helpful, but not pushy, sales staff. Friendly and helpful designer that measured for us. Installers were quick and made some last-minute modifications to complete the installation. We LOVE our countertops! Could not have been a better experience.
