    Today I received the worst customer service from a woman named Sandy. I found these allergen free snacks on a display that stated 50%off. When she rang me up they didn't ring up correctly. I told her about the 50%off and she said it didn't matter. I question her and she states it's only for Halloween stuff. I say that can't be the display didn't have any Halloween items. She says it only for Halloween stuff. I go look at sign it says seasonal and other items. I approach register again, her body language is that of a teenage girl quarreling with her boyfriend. At this point I just ask to speak to a manager. I'll get the manager but she's just going to tell you the same thing I just told you, she says snidely. I can hear it tell the manager, Angela what's going on and the manager communicates that the display isn't very clear. They both walk over to the display and speak amongst themselves. Perhaps they didn't notice that I was standing just a few feet away from them. I hear the manager say just give it to her for 50% off and Sandy says she's a b**** and this is stupid. The manager said something to the effect of this is just how it goes and Sandy turns to her, says you heard my last comment I said. I say yes I've heard it too and I'm contacting corporate. And she's ringing me up she's slamming my products down in the bag on the counter and telling the manager this is stupid. As if her having to override price is stupid. I asked her not to be so rude and stop slamming my items down. With a hateful look on her face and aggression her voice she's utters that's just the way they are landing. I tell both Sandy and the manager that I'm calling corporate, telling them that she called me a b****and about the awful customer service. Sandy gets all puffed-up says call them call them tell them my name Sandy. And then she literally slams my bags on the counter at me as if to say be on your way. I've never in my life received such poor customer service from an employee and I've never seen a manager that's so weak and passive, that can't even tell her employees how to behave treat customers or better yet be a decent human being.
